Eaton highlights Team USA for
IAAF World Indoor Championships
PORTLAND, Ore. – Oregon Track Club Elite’s Ashton Eaton, the reigning two-time world champion and world record-holder in the indoor heptathlon, highlights Team USA’s roster for the IAAF World Indoor Championships Portland 2016.
In all, 58 athletes will represent the U.S. at the four-day meet which will be held March 17-20 at the Oregon Convention Center.
Other defending champions are Nia Ali, a gold medalist in the 60-meter hurdles; two members of the men’s 4×400-meter relay team – Kyle Clemons and Calvin Smith – and women’s 4×400-meter relay member Natasha Hastings.
